As a full-service clothing and apparel contract manufacturer, your garments are fully examined, pressed, tagged and bagged in the pressing and finishing department before leaving our facility. Tama Mfg. employs the automated Eton system in the pressing and finishing department to prevent the possibility of wrinkling as sewn garments mechanically travel throughout the finishing process until they are ready for shipping. The Eton system method of moving garments also allows us to immediately address and resolve any quality problems that might be present.

Finishing operations include:

  • Buck & leg pressing
  • Belting
  • Hanger applications
  • Tagging (ASN)
  • Bagging
  • Shipping
